Outbound Virtual Callers

We are seeking candidates ready for advancement as a Team Lead or Coach as the company is growing quickly across the US and Canada.

The role of the ISA/Appointment Setter is to nurture prospective clients by making phone calls and building the Realtor's Pipeline. Auto-dial system means no chasing leads!

Our style is very non-sales-like and more focused on rapport building so that the potential buyers and sellers drop their guard and give you the GOLD you are mining for in the conversation.

Once you have mastered our style of training as an "ISA", the sky is the limit in our company for Coaching and Management opportunities. We look for people interested in a long-term career path and many of our HUBStars have been with us over 5 years! :-)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Speaking with Leads who have requested information on our Realtor's website

- Speaking with Contacts who have lost touch

- Speaking with Past Clients and Current Clients in order to stay in touch and re-connect to our Realtor

- Typing detailed notes and updates into CRM system

- Setting up Introductions between Client & Realtor

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Naturally friendly and customer-service oriented

- Prior experience of 2 years making OUTBOUND REAL ESTATE calls

- Quiet working environment

- Newer computer system with two monitors

- High-speed Internet, hard-wired to the router

- Good call-center-quality headset

Pay will be base rate plus bonus PER CALL until advanced to the role of Team Lead / Coach in which a base rate and profit share is possible! Compensation depends on the value you can bring to the company once fully trained.
